To make your booking and salon experience as seamless as possible, please review the guidelines and policies below before reserving your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. These policies protect that time and allow Luna Hair Studio to serve every client fairly. Please review them before booking.

Deposits

A nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to book: $50 for all services and $30 for haircuts. It is applied to the originally scheduled appointment only. Rescheduling requires a new deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to reschedule and will be subject to the same-day rescheduling policy.

Card Requirement

A valid payment card is required when booking online. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and applicable fees. If Luna Hair Studio must change your appointment, your deposit will be transferred or refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All changes require at least 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, no additional fee applies, but the deposit remains nonrefundable.
Changes made within 48 hours incur a $100 total fee or $50 for haircuts. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the starting price of the service(s) reserved.
Your deposit counts toward these fees—it is not added on top. Any remaining balance must be paid before booking again.
